Job Summary
Cosmar East Africa Business Share Company would like to invites' young & energetic Qualified and competent candidates for Territory manager vacant posts.
Plans the sales activities based on the sales plan of the department.
- Coach the Field Salesforce for Performance in relation to the targets set and build a winning spirit within his/her team
- Define guidelines for coverage planning
- Organizes and follows up on the status and activities of the salesperson.
- Work towards achieving the business goals/objectives
- Ensure execution is done per the set standard
- Take corrective actions proactively Handles customer complaints Ensure all subordinates under his supervision are aware of company customer handling procedures Ensure customer complaints are handled as per company procedures.
- Take appropriate disciplinary measures and handle grievances of subordinates Initiates study on the commission rates for sales team and implement same after approval.
- Appraises the performance of employees assigned under him.
Report to - National sales manager
Place of work: Addis Ababa, with the requirement of frequent travel across Ethiopia
Job Requirements
Education Requirement
- BA in business management, marketing or related field
Experience
- 5 years of experience in FMCG industry out of which 2-3 years in supervisory role is preferable
Skills required
- Excellent communication skill ( English) & Computer proficiency
- Ability to motivate distributors and effectively engage/negotiate with customers.
- Ability to develop training programs for distributors.
- Highly motivated self-starter, with the ability to think innovatively and work independently.
- Strong relationship and networking skills.
- Proven experience in conducting market analysis and identifying new territories.
- Ability to work with people across different cultures and nationalities.
- Ability to analyze and read data
- The ability and willingness to travel extensively
