Educational Background in Psychology or in a related field of study Duties & Responsibilities: - Managing and organizing office operations and procedures. - Providing administrative support to staff, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence. - Preparing and formatting documents, reports, and presentations. - Maintaining office supplies and ensuring the smooth functioning of office equipment. - Managing phone calls and emails, and acting as a point of contact. - Organizing and maintaining electronic and paper filing systems. - Assisting with basic bookkeeping and record-keeping tasks. - Facilitating communication between different departments and external stakeholders.
