Duties and and Responsibilities: - Design and institutionalize OVID Construction’s PMO framework and delivery standards. - Establish project lifecycle governance, approval gates, reporting protocols, and execution charters. - Align PMO systems with those of OVID Holding to enable centralized oversight and learning.
