Job Description

Children Believe Fund is a non-profit Child-centered international development organization. Children Believe Fund (CBF) is currently implementing development programs focusing on Education, Health, Child Protection, Gender and Disaster Risk Reduction, Nutrition, Sanitation/Hygiene, Water, and Sustainable Livelihood Development programs in Oromia Regional State, Southern Nations, Nationalities and Peoples’ Regional State (SNNPRS), Amhara National Regional State and Addis Ababa City Administration.

 CBF-Ethiopia seeks highly experienced and eligible bidders: companies/firms and individuals who can develop quality training manuals that support more protective learning environments on topics of Psychological First Aid (PFA) and Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) that will be used for teachers and other stakeholders. 

Job Requirements

Qualified consultancy firm/consultant should meet the following requirements:

  • Licensed firms or individuals/professionals with psychology, sociology, developmental Education or education background holding at least postgraduate degree, preferably Ph.D., Master of Art or Science (MA/MSc)
  • At least 10 years of experience in the field of education/training manual development, consulting in Child protection and child rights issues as well as on gender and disability.
  • Evidence of similar work in the recent past will be a key requirement.

How to Apply

Bidders shall collect the Terms of Reference (ToR) from CBF Ethiopia Country Office in five working days from the day of this announcement at working hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) and shall submit financial and technical proposals in sealed envelopes to the address below up to August 13, 2021, before 4:30 pm.

 Interested bidders should present copies of their renewed business license; taxpayer and VAT registration certificates upon collecting the bid document.

Children Believe Fund reserves the right to partially or fully cancel the bid.
