Duties

• Develop strong air carrier and agent relationships while negotiating and securing carriers to move cargo.
• Maintain continuous communication with air carriers/agents and customers to ensure top-notch delivery.
• Work with our Sales Team to optimize customers' end-to-end transportation solutions.
• Stay current with developments and changes in applicable laws, regulations, and other government requirements.
• Trouble shoot and remediate issues and concerns on the booked shipments with trading partners.
• Conduct research in available databases for potential agent’s network

Requirement

• Two years’ experience in Air Export/Import operations
• An in-depth understanding and knowledge of Air Freight shipping including Transportation documentation, International Trade, Customs House Brokerage, Incoterms, Experience negotiating prices and managing carrier relationships.
