Addis Ababa Finance Bureau has the intention to recruit Senior Accountant Financed by Development Partners for Investment Project Financing (IPF).
Qualifications and Experience
- MA or BA Degree in Accounting
- Professional Working Experience of minimum 6 (Six) years experience for MA and 8 (Eight) years experience for BA
- At least 2 years experience with work related to public sector
- Adequate and proven knowledge of financial data and reporting analysis
Special Skills Desired:
- Experience in Public Finance, Government Accounting and Budget
- Experience in the usage of Accounting Software Specially IBEX system is a plus
- Excellent communication skill in English language (Written and Spoken)
- Knowledge in computer applications
- Experience in public financial management reform activities may be advantageous
Salary: 15,000.00 Eth. Birr per Month
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Eligible to Apply: Government permanent employees who released their jobs before six months
Terms of Employment: Initially one year with the possibility of extension
