Job Summary

The job holder assists AIB’s talent acquisition function. This encompasses assisting in the entire recruitment cycle; college /internship programs; the Bank’s employer branding; and other strategic programs to ensure a diverse and well-rounded candidate pipeline. S/he will assist in the implementation of a strategic sourcing plan for attracting high-performing professionals.

Qualification & Experience:

  • BA Degree in Human Resources Management, Public and Administration

Skills Requirement:

  • Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory
