Job Description
Essential Functions
- Monitor network usage and security.
- Monitor ATM and POS networks
- Performs computer, printers, scanners and UPS maintenance.
- Install and maintain computer hardware and software infrastructure.
- Monitoring user accounts and related security settings centrally from a windows active directory.
- Offer timely technical support and teach users how to utilize computers correctly.
- Reports all security incidents to manager IT division infrastructure.
- Configuration and troubleshooting on Routers, Switches and Firewalls.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirement
Graduates of years 2019, 2020 & 2021 G.C. with BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information technology and Computer Engineering or related fields of study and No experience is required.
