The Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) is a global, Swiss based foundation established to reduce malnutrition by supporting food fortification and other sustainable nutrition strategies in order to save lives and improve health, productivity, and cognitive function.

GAIN would like to float a tender for interested eligible & competitive bidder for the production and supply of Referactance Window Dryer (RWD) as per the specification below. 

Referactance window dryer (RWD) is a novel and new generation technology window dryer. It works with hot water which is covered with mylar sheet (belt) conveyer. The papaya puree is scattered on the mylar sheet and goes to dry with the three heating mechanisms (conduction, convection, and radiation) from circulating hot water tank. And it also has cooling system after it dry with heating section. RWD use less energy consumption relatively other dryer and require short drying time. it plays an important role on the final product quality especially retention of vitamins that may not stable under high temperature and time relation process.

NB: Both technical and financial offers should be in separate envelopes and dully signed and stamped. Late or incomplete bids will not be accepted. Issuance of Technical and Financial Proposals does not constitute award/contract commitment by GAIN. Technical specification should be complete. All bid prices should be valid for 60 days. GAIN reserves the right to disqualify any offer based on offer failure to follow instructions. GAIN has the right to cancel the bid partially or fully.

Bidders are required to provide the following copies of relevant documents:

• Registration documents
• Valid trading license
• VAT registration certificates
• Testimonials Letter (If Any)
