Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- The CIT Officer will coordinate and deliver various communications and publications related services. He/she will provide effective and efficient support for ASE Head Office and field staff on communications and public relations related matters. He/she will be responsible for updating ASE website, monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of the organization. In collaboration with the Head Office and the Field Offices, he/she prepares documentations, brochures, biannual and annual magazines for publication. He/she is responsible for the smooth management of the organization’s website.
- Plan, prepare and manage publications and publicity materials of the organization;
- Plans, implements, and coordinates contents and design of brochures, bi-annual and annual magazines and newsletters;
- Monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of the organization;
- Organize and manage ASE databases;
- Implement and update a backup system. Collect project reports and pictures from field offices and regularly update ASE website;
- Provide relevant trainings to staff both at head office and field offices as required;
- Accomplish other related assignments given by the immediate supervisor.
Travel: Travel to field offices is mandatory.
Job Requirements
- BSc Degree in Computer Science, Communications, Information Technology or related fields;
- Minimum 5 years of work experience.
- Publication experience is a plus
- Excellent in written and spoken English
