- ተፈላጊ የት/ት ደረጃና የሥራ ልምድ: ከታወቀ የቴክኒክና ሙያ ት/ቤት 10+2 አግባብ ባለው ሙያና 2 ዓመት ተዛማጅ የሥራ ልምድ ኖሮት/ሯት በሙያው የ3 ወር ሥልጠና የተከታተለ/ች ወይም ከታወቀ የቴክኒክና ሙያ ት/ቤት 10+1 አግባብ ባለው ሙያ ሠርቲፊኬትና 4 ዓመት ተዛማጅ የሥራ ልምድ ኖሮት/ሯት በሙያው የ3 ወር ሥልጠና የተከታተለ/ች
