Bachelor's Degree in Garment, Textile, Mechanical Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop, review, and approve designs based on buyer requirements. - Digitize and program designs using software such as Wilcom. - Ensure design accuracy and guide sample development. - Supervise daily operation of all embroidery machines. - Work with mechanics on maintenance and calibration - Troubleshoot machine and design issues. - Plan embroidery production schedules aligned with factory plans - Monitor workflow, machine use, and output efficiency - Set embroidery quality standards based on buyer expectations. - Inspect stitching, color accuracy, and overall quality. - Lead and supervise operators, technicians, and designers. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with international brands. - Knowledge of Lean manufacturing. - Experience managing 50+ employees. - Strong digitizing and design skills (Wilcom).
