Bachelor's Degree in Textile Engineering, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience in social compliance or CSR roles Duties & Responsibilities: - Oversee and implement social compliance programs - Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments - Ensure compliance with local labor laws, buyer codes of conduct, and international standards (e.g., BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX) - Provide training and awareness programs for employees and management - Coordinate external audits and ensure corrective action plans are executed - Maintain accurate documentation and reporting

Bachelor's Degree in Textile and Garment or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality. - Working out the human and material resources needed - Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste. - Provide technical guidance on garment materials, and production processes, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations - Lead and mentor the team, providing technical guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
