Job Description

Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Program Operations Team Leader, the Programs Operations Officer, organizes, and coordinates training programs and logistical arrangements for training programs, follows-up and evaluates the performance of trainers, participates on conducting training impact assessment.

Job Requirement

Education:   MA/BA in Marketing, Management, Economics or related field.

Work Experience: For MA 2 Years and for BA 4 Years of relevant work experience.

TECHICAL AND OTHER SKILLS

  • Demonstrated technical ability, sound judgment, ability to interact and work effectively with others;
  • Good conceptual understanding of trade fair and event management;
  • Firm belief in teamwork;
  • Basic computer skills;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
