We are looking for a well-experienced Human Resources Executive who has exceptional skills in designing and monitoring HR department goals and objectives.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage all HR functions including recruitment, selection, onboarding, performance management, training and development, compensation, retention and separation;
  • Design suitable induction plan for new joiners and ensure the proper delivery in the same manner;
  • Handle periodical resource auditing and identify gaps to fill vacant positions ahead of time;
  • Conduct periodical training needs assessment and set appropriate budget to build the team capacity at each level;
  • Encourage employees to accomplish roles in high performance and serve as a facilitator on performance management;
  • Design an HR policy and manuals that could fit with the company strategy and Ethiopian labor law;
  • Develop and implement payment and reward policies and practices which fits the company and industry trend;
  • Crafting incentive schemes for employees in order to motivate and enable them to work harder.
  • Ensure Staff Health and Safety procedures are implemented as per the SHE policy and procedures;
  • Ensure all HR documentation and data management is in line with internal control procedures and company guidelines;
  • Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations that affect human resources functions;
  • Consolidate exit interviews for all separated staff and provide consolidated reports for the management input;
  • Ensure employment contract agreements are up-to-date and renewals are made in a timely manner;
  • Other tasks as required and assigned by the line manager;

  • Problem-solving skills
  • Experience in coordinating & managing multidisciplinary employees
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Technical & analytical skills
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Must be fluent in Oromiffa Language

Academic Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Management or related fields

 Experience:

  • 10+ Years of proven work experience.

Work Place:

  • Debre Zeyt / Bishoftu
