Job Description
The Regional Sales Supervisor directly reports to the Sales Manager. Monitors sales operation of distributors and receives orders from distributors, authorizes the opening of work orders, follows the work progress of the opened work orders, ensures that goods are delivered on the promised date, handles customer complaints, and prepares periodic sales reports.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitors sales operation and Receives orders from customers;
- Opens work orders and follows regularly the work progress in order to deliver the merchandise at or before promised date;
- Ensures that goods are delivered on the promised date;
- Responds to service, request inquires and complaints over the phone or in person;
- Informs her/his supervisor comment forwarded by customers;
- Verify the correctness of proforma invoices, Customer Order Form, Purchase Order, Delivery Order and Cash/Credit sales documents;
- Types on computer any correspondence, quotations, invoices, receipts and any other data relevant to the department;
- Maintains records of the code numbers, designs, pictures, catalog and specifications of all items sold by the company;
- Maintains list of potential customers indicating their names and addresses.
- Ensures that the show room is always well arranged appealing and attractive as well as being opened and closed on time;
- Directs and supervises deliveries and confirms weather jobs are properly accomplished
- Prepares weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports and weekly plan reports
- Actively participates in the annual sales plan preparation; and
- Performs such other duties that may be assigned to her/him.
