Job Description
Major Responsibilities:
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
- Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
- Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Plan & managing the line marketing campaigns & promotions to drive sales targets.
- Control events including preparation and performing Events & Exhibitions based on plan and within Budget
- Plan and implement special marketing programs
- Monitoring market activities
- Provide reports, specifications, and creative briefs
- Running local campaigns to drive sales targets
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
Job Requirement
- BA Degree in Marketing or Business or Management fields
Experience:
- 3+ Years of Experience for Degree
Skill:
- Good Communication skills, Usage of Mobile App
