Purpose of the job
To support the People and Organizational Development team to maintain a sustainable employee engagement strategy and develop & implement tools that support our HR People Agenda
Key Responsibilities
This role is primarily responsible for:
Performance Management (MyHR): Lead person working with Global and Regional HR to ensure that we meet all the systems requirements. Ensuring that we have alignment across our performance management processes and our performance management system. Working with the Training and Development Manager, HR Manager, and MT to ensure a smooth roll-out and transition to MyHR. Support the Organization with any administrative issues related to MyHR as the local MyHR Administrator.
Climate: Responsible for the implementation of our annual Climate Survey. Ensuring that we work with Global HR in the correct way, delivering on-time and in-full and meeting a minimum of 80% completion rate. This role is also responsible to put together the annual climate action plan together with the Training and Development Manager, Climate Action Teams, MT & Brewery Management Teams and to follow up on these ensuring that plans are being implemented and move the culture of the Organization in a positive way.
Employee Value Proposition (EVP): Responsible for the planning and full roll-out of OpCo EVP program. Work with Regional and Global HR to ensure that standards are met through regular update calls.
OpCo Manifesto: Lead person responsible to design the roll-out of OpCo Manifesto together with the project team. Ensure that the Manifesto becomes a living document and that plans move the Organization (in terms of behavior, attitude, and ways of working) towards the desired culture.
Organization Structure: Ensure that the POD team maintains the most up-to-date Organization Structure for the Company.
Purchase Process: Follow up all POD related purchases are done in the correct way and ensure that Suppliers are paid on time.
Training Support: Support the POD team in organizing and planning of trainings.
Perform other activities as assigned by line manager.
