Now we are looking for competent Facilities Management & coordination Division Manager, for immediate vacant filling (hire).

JOB Summary:

The Facilities management and Coordination Division Manager, is responsible for all aspects of Facilities and Resources Coordination, pertinent to ATM Maintenance Department’s technical operations and service provision. He is also, responsible for the performance, productivity and supervision of Facilities management and Coordination of sections and divisions under his supervision.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Facilities management and Coordination Division daily operations, ensuring that the division delivers the expected results.
  • In cooperation with ATM Maintenance DPT head & team conducts planning, organize, direct and controlling functions; on required resources (human & materials), spare parts and transportation services.
  • Works for smooth performance of the ATM maintenance services.
  • Establish clear and end to end communication across all levels of the division.
  • Follow up / Monitor / payment collection from the clients.
  • Follow-up the service desk operations and recommend improvements 
  • Oversees and control costs of operations related to the ATM Maintenance services of the DPT.
  • Identify opportunities for productivity and service delivery improvements, cost reduction and additional revenue recovery.
  • Provide complete and accurate reports to management, as needed.
  • Conduct and share results performance appraisal of the resources under his supervision 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

Regarding Workshop Management Division

  • Oversee the administrative requirements of the Workshops, at the head office and regional workshops
  • Review and recommends updates to maintenance services policies and procedures to ensure quality, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Maintain the integrity of all data and collaborate with Workshops Management Division Head, to forecast all resource requirements of the workshops.
  • Establish a safety and health standards and make sure that they are observed.

Regarding Resource Coordination Division

  • Make sure that Resource Management meets the requirements of the ATM Maintenance service and is in compliance with the company policy and procedure.
  • Oversee and monitor the payment collection process
  • Ensure Peridium, overtime payment and other costs are in compliance to the company’s procedures.
  • Check, Control and Follow up Peridium and Overtime payments of staff
  • Follow up the distribution and management of spare parts to the regions
  • Follow up the usage of resources (human, material and services)

Regarding Service Desk Section

  • Supervise the overall Service Desk operations to ensure delivery of quality support for clients (Internal and External)
  • Ensure that accurate and timely reports are produced to guarantee effective management of resources and promote work productivity improvements.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar related field of studies; and minimum of 5 (five) years of work experience on related works nature out of which 2 (two) year must be on managerial /supervisory position.
  • Only reputable & referable companies experience is acceptable, with demonstrative experiences;  
  • Training certification (post-secondary qualification) in finance & budget management is advantageous
  • Having Driving License with more than 2 years’ driving experience is preferable
  • Attention to detail but also the ability to see the implications for the bigger picture

Competencies / Knowledge, Ability and Skill  

  • Outstanding /Excellent Communication skill, in person speaking and in writing in both English and Amharic languages
  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented, Confidentiality is very important
  • Ability to lead & manage teams; Decision-making skill; Resource optimization, Cost awareness are from required skill / experience of the candidates
  • Organization and time management skill, and ability to handle a complex, varied works at once is important
  • Basic computer operation (Miss-Office package) skill, knowledge of IT, and different software uses, including Amharic software applications related to the job is must
