Duties & Responsibilities: - Ensuring that each stage of the project is being executed on time and within budget. - Direct and supervise the development of the project. - Selecting and leading the project team. - Ensure compliance with standards set by the organization for program/project management. - Organize logistics and procurement for the project. - Mediate with clients and consultants. - Negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers. - Identify and manage risks in order to maximize benefits for all stakeholders of the project. - Will organize, direct, coordinate and motivate the project team members. - Will plan and establish the work breakdown structure and budget in accordance with estimates for cost control. - Will ensure that procurement schedules for both material and subcontractors are planned, scheduled

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 1 year in a senior position Duties & Responsibilities: - Conducts and manages activities to conceptualize, evaluate alternatives, and receive approvals for project implementation: - Defines project work scopes, coordinates with permitting and public/private utility agencies, collects and reviews project documentation, performs field data collection, analyses alternatives, and prepares recommendations and applications. Create and maintain BIM software template files to ensure standards. - Collaborates with engineers, client, consultants, permit agencies, suppliers, and subcontractors during all phases of projects, and identifies and addresses immediate project needs during the construction phase, ensuring standard production and documentation of all design documents.
