As Mechanic, you are responsible for performing various mechanical activities and tasks to the highest standards and with needed technical know-how and make sure smooth operation of the property with other team members  Specifically, the  Mechanic will perform the following tasks at the highest level of service

• Attend  all mechanical troubles reports on daily basis. Guest room trouble is given priority
• Works closely with peers to carry out preventive maintenance and annual maintenance program
• Follows all safety rules and regulations in job, departmental procedures and instructions
• Makes periodic inspection tours to check all Mechanical equipment functioning properly
• Carries out guest room maintenance according to schedule program
• Daily refrigeration log sheet to be filled and temperature to be recorded
• Works closely with peers to assist in their job when requested by supervisor
• Keeps all necessary tools in good working condition, keep their working place neat and clean
• Attains all departmental meetings and training classes
• Carries out all other tasks assigned to him by his supervisor

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Equivalent in General Mechanics, Equipment Maintenance, or related fields of study
• Minimum 2 years Mechanical, or maintenance experience in Industrial/Commercial 
• Good all round practical skills in maintenance
• Very good Communication and Interpersonal skill
