Purpose Black Eth Trading S.C is a newly established company under the global initiative of Black Economic Excellence that envisions offering economic solutions to black people worldwide. The Ethiopia office is a multi-billion birr endeavor with a plan to economically benefit millions of Ethiopians in the process all over the country. The company invites interested applicants to apply for the post of Associate of Information Technology. Under the direct supervision of the IT manager, the associate is responsible for installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
• Manage information technology and computer systems.
• Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
• Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
• Manage email, webinars, and maintain a website.
• Defines application problems by conferring with clients, evaluating procedures and processes.
• Assist in developing solutions by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.
• Controls solution by establishing specifications and coordinating production with programmers.
• Validates results by testing programs.
• Provides reference by writing documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION/TRAINING

• BSc degree in Information Technology or related field.

EXPERIENCE

• 3 years of work experience.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Experience in working with trading companies
• Familiarity with the latest technologies like React, Vue, Seo eCommerce development
• Training in web design, database, networks, and computer graphics, project management
• English language Proficiency

COMPETENCIES
