• Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times, and transport costs 
• Coordinate the loading & offloading team and make sure all the loading & offloading activities are properly done. 
• Manage communications with transporters and facilitate transportations. Dispatching products and by-products with the approval of Logistics Manager and Plant Manager 
• Properly record the quantity and type of items received and dispatched.
• Tracking, receiving, and stocking barley, malt, and related items. 
• Ensure that materials are appropriately stored.
• Does regular stock inventory and reconcile discrepancies (if there) 
• Does daily, weekly, and monthly reports. 
• Monitor services of suppliers against performance criteria together with the Logistics Manager 
• Ensure carrier/supplier compliance with company policies or procedures for product transit or delivery 
• Engage in other activities in logistics as needed

 Job Requirements

Academic background 

• BA degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Engineering, and related fields.

General/working experience

• Minimum 1-year experience in Logistics and supply chain management
