Job Description
- Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times, and transport costs
- Coordinate the loading & offloading team and make sure all the loading & offloading activities are properly done.
- Manage communications with transporters and facilitate transportations. Dispatching products and by-products with the approval of Logistics Manager and Plant Manager
- Properly record the quantity and type of items received and dispatched.
- Tracking, receiving, and stocking barley, malt, and related items.
- Ensure that materials are appropriately stored.
- Does regular stock inventory and reconcile discrepancies (if there)
- Does daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Monitor services of suppliers against performance criteria together with the Logistics Manager
- Ensure carrier/supplier compliance with company policies or procedures for product transit or delivery
- Engage in other activities in logistics as needed
Job Requirements
Academic background
- BA degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Engineering, and related fields.
General/working experience
- Minimum 1-year experience in Logistics and supply chain management
