Job Description
Essential Function
- Receives items by confirming against specification purchase order, contract agreement and sample.
- Prepares goods receiving voucher, record, balance, and carryout proper custody and arrangement of received items.
- Prepares store issue voucher and distribution items, to the user organs using the voucher.
- Updates stock records when items received and issued.
- Identifies surplus, damaged & obsolete stock items, and update records accordingly.
- Takes periodic physical inventory and reconciles physical items against the stock records.
- Maintains the store area is kept clean and tidy and free from hazards.
- Implements measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
- Updates stock records when items received and issued to provide better decisions in the future.
- Performs other task assigned supervisor.
Job Requirement
- BA in Management, Procurement and Supplies, Purchasing, Accounting & Finance and Banking & Finance any other relates fields with 4-6 months of relevant experience.
