Job Description
Essential Function
- Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available;
- Demonstrates products and services to recruit customer in outdoor marketing, exhibitions, seminars, malls, hypermarket and other place;
- Answering client queries about product specifications and uses;
- Understand customer demand and finds ways to sell products to the intended user;
- Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other customer service representative through various resources;
- Engage in the coordinated brand development and mass customer/deposits mobilization tasks of the Bank;
- Participates in the tasks of brand development and management, corporate positioning;
- Takes part in the product selling and marketing mix functions of the Bank;
- Performs in Branch inauguration and cross selling undertakings;
- Participates in event management tasks of the Bank;
- Collaborate with branch staffs in product selling and resource mobilization activity;
- Coordinates with service outlets in assuring quality customer service;
- Performs any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirement
- BA in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Management, any other related fields with 3 years of experience as Marketing & Sales officer.
