Essential Function

• Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available;
• Demonstrates products and services to recruit customer in outdoor marketing, exhibitions, seminars, malls, hypermarket and other place;
• Answering client queries about product specifications and uses;
• Understand customer demand and finds ways to sell products to the intended user;
• Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other customer service representative through various resources;
• Engage in the coordinated brand development and mass customer/deposits mobilization tasks of the Bank;
• Participates in the tasks of brand development and management, corporate positioning;
• Takes part in the product selling and marketing mix functions of the Bank;
• Performs in Branch inauguration and cross selling undertakings;
• Participates in event management tasks of the Bank;
• Collaborate with branch staffs in product selling and resource mobilization activity;
• Coordinates with service outlets in assuring quality customer service;
• Performs any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirement

• BA in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Management, any other related fields with 3 years of experience as Marketing & Sales officer.
