Essential Function
- Prepares recruitment minutes by receiving results from the interview panel,
- Prepare vacancy advertisements and sends to media and notice boards after approval,
- Handle and maintain personnel records of all staff related to employment, promotion, transfer, appointment, salary adjustment, termination and other personnel details; amends records as required,
- Handles internal/ external recruitment and employee benefit activities of the Ban,
- head office and branches,
- Consolidate accrued annual leaves and other leaves of all staff,
- Keep, maintain and update Human Resource Database,
- Performs other related duties as required.
Job Requirement
BA Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration or other related fields with 3.5 years of experience in HRM fields, preferably in banking industry, of which at least 1 year as a relevant officer position.
