- Minimum Qualification: BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying Technology/ Diploma from Technical School in Surveying

- Minimum Specific Experience in Similar Positions: 2 years for BSc/ 2 years for Diploma
- Specific experience on Asphalt road construction is mandatory
