Bachelor's Degree or Certification in Horticulture, Floriculture, Agriculture, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Monitor flower growth, soil health, irrigation systems, and pest/disease control - Lead and supervise farm workers, assign daily tasks, and ensure performance standards are met - Maintain quality standards for flower appearance and health prior to harvesting - Manage tools, fertilizers, pesticides, and irrigation systems efficiently - Coordinate cutting, packaging, and storage to ensure market readiness - Track planting schedules, yields, and farm-related expenses Required Skills: - Strong leadership, plant care knowledge, problem-solving ability, and basic operation of farm machinery
