Master's Degree in Gender, Women Economic Empowerment Rural Livelihoods or in a related field of study with relevant work expereince out of which 2 years preferably in an international NGO; Duties & Responsibilites: - He/she is responsible for gender mainstreaming and proactive technical support of the Livelihood Resilience Building (LRB) project; - Ensure gender integration and marginalize groups addressed in the day-to-day activities of the project; - In collaboration with the project officers, support the target beneficiaries with different livelihoods options through introduction of different Income Generating Activities (IGAs) that will enhance their resilience;
