• Based on the annual plan of the institution prepares action plan to be implemented in the branch office.
• Ensures healthiness of loan portfolio through continuous monitoring and attending on all centre meetings as necessary;
• Chairs the Loan Approving Committee of the Branch & approves loans, forwards loan approvals beyond his/her discretionary limits with the necessary documents to the head office;
• Plans, monitors, review and evaluates performance efficiency of subordinates, transfers the efficiency performance to the Regional Office;

Job Requirement

Education and Work Experience: BA Degree/College Diploma in Economics, Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

A minimum of 3 years extensive experience in the field of accounting and other related fields.

Experience in Micro Finance Institution is an asset.
