Job Description
- Devise and document contract strategy in line with our company values
- Develop a variety of contracts to fit business needs
- Ensure contracts comply with all federal and state regulations
- Negotiate contract terms and review the financial viability
- Advise clients of contract terms and expedite whenever possible
- Train managers and executives in contract policies
- Draft additional legal documentation as needed
- Review contract terms and update them to fit legal needs or new company policies
- Research new contract laws and ensure total compliance
Job Requirements
- Commitment to the highest ethical and professional standards
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to communicate complex information to all levels of management and administration in a clear and concise manner both written and verbal
- Knowledge of the Group’s ethics and compliance policies, procedures, and programs
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Expected Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Law
- 2 years of experience
