- የመመዝገቢያ ቀን፡- ይህ ማስታወቂያ በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 7 /ሰባት/ ተከታታይ የሥራ ቀናት ከጠዋቱ 2፡30 – 11፡20 ሰዓት ብቻ፡፡
- የመመዝገቢያ ቦታ፡- ሚክሲኮ ፖሊስ ሆስፒታል ፊት ለፊት በሚገኘው የድርጅቱ ዋና መ/ቤት ተ.ቁ 1 ላይ የተገለፀው በሰው ሀብት ስራ አመራር ዳይሬክቶሬት ቢሮ ቁጥር 47 እና ተ.ቁ 2 እና 3 ላይ የተገለፀው የሰው ሀብት ልማትና አስተዳደር ቢሮ ቁጥር 51
- የሥራ ልምድ ለሚጠይቁ የሥራ መደቦች አግባብነት ያለው ቀጥተኛ የሆነ፤
- በልማት ድርጅት ውስጥ በትራንስፖርት ዘርፍ ላይ የሠራ ቅድሚያ ይሰጠዋል፡፡
- ለውድድሩ ብቁ የሆኑ አመልካቾች ለፈተና ጥሪ የሚደረገው በድርጅቱ የውስጥ ማስታወቂያ ነው፡፡
- የሥራ ልምድ ያላቸው አመልካቾች ለምዝገባ ሲመጡ 6 ወር ያላለፈው የስነ-ምግባር መገለጫ ከመ/ቤታቸው ማጻፍ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡
