• Build a management routine that encourages predictability, accountability and accuracy within the Commercial group
• Collect, consolidate and generate weekly sales forecasts (month and quarter focus) and roll up each week’s numbers to Sales Management..
• Enable the salesforce to adopt winning behaviors by providing training and access to sales content, data and assets
• Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and external intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed.
• Track and analyze key metrics – pipeline growth, quota attainment.
• Facilitate the Sales forecasting and Commercial planning process within the Sales organization and broader Commercial team.
• Manage and provide input to senior leadership in the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on the sales GTM process, tracking and administration of new sales campaigns and programs
• Reporting and analysis for the Sales and Marketing departments, including: executive reporting of sales and marketing results, key metrics and KPIs, campaign tracking and analysis, and ad hoc strategic analysis.
• Provide overall support and departmental coordination for the Commercial team, including ad hoc requests and projects

Job Requirements

• BA Degree in business, marketing & related fields
• 5 years’ experience in sales, marketing or related fields
• Excellent organizational skill
• Ability to manage complex project and Multi-tasking
• Excellent Knowledge of Excel and Power BI Software
• Good communication and persuasive skill
• Experience with Sales and/or Marketing automation platforms
• Critical thinking and analysis
