MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, Budget, execute, deliver, and evaluate sales plan and sales strategy
- Ensure door to door distribution of product
- Ensure high customer satisfaction rate
- Prioritizing POS, sales budget, and other resource allocation among sales routes/territories
- Develop others through regular coaching and training need identification in collaboration with HR business partner
- Collect market insights and trends
- Collect, analyze, and interpret competitors’ moves
- Market execution as per the pre-determined picture of success
- Carryout sales and marketing strategies impact assessment
- Combine primary and secondary sales activities
- Ensure minimum stock level maintained at agent WH
- Distributor management

Job Requirements
Required educational background & work experience:
- BA Degree in Marketing, Sales or Business Management. At least (5) five years relevant work experience in the area and (3) three years at managerial level.
