Job Description

Organization Overview 

Hope for Justice Ethiopia registered with the Agency for Civil Society Organizations (ACSO) under registration number 0564. Currently Hope for Justice Ethiopia operates six Lighthouses (Transition Centers) in Addis Ababa, Sodo, Hosana and Bahir Dar, to rescue and reintegrate victims of trafficking, and providing shelter, psychosocial services and catch-up education and life skills programs for domestic workers and children in street situation. Hope for Justice runs effective community prevention programs, focusing on safe migration, child protection, parenting skills and economic strengthening in Addis Ababa, Wolaita and Hadiya.

Hope for Justice uses Community Awareness Raising events, Child Wellbeing Clubs, Community Conversations and Self-Help Groups following international and national standards across its Standard Operating Procedure. In 2019, Hope for Justice reached 110,541 beneficiaries through community prevention programs, served 1,059 children in the Lighthouses, and successfully reintegrated 92% of children into their families.

Job Requirements

Details on ERP system

Sourcing and installation of the following modules (as shown below): 

  • Financial management ERP module with the following functionalities: 

Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Invoices, Planning and budgeting , Bank reconciliation, Advanced allocations, Cash management, Fixed assets, Grant or project accounting, Commitment register and IFRS compliant reporting.

  • Human resources management ERP module with the following functionalities: 

Personnel management, Benefits administration, Leave management, Payroll management, Enterprise compensation management, Organizational management, Employee performance management, Travel management (travel and advance request), Talent management, Training management and Reporting.

  • Project management ERP module with the following functionalities:    

Order/Intervention management, Contract management, Supplier/Partner database management, Grant management and allocation and Reporting.
