We are looking for Consortium MEAL Coordinator is responsible to lead MEAL functions of the ECHO HIP 2021 Consortium program to be implemented in the field offices Tigray and Gambella including methodological design, preparing data collection tools, lead data collection, data cleaning and data analysis and reporting MEAL activities, design and manage to MEAL capacity building plans and ensure program quality as per Oxfam program quality standard, Core Humanitarian Standards as well as CAMSA minimum requirement. She/He is also responsible to harmonize MEAL requirements of the donor with Oxfam and consortium members' MEAL systems. The Consortium MEAL Manager works closely with the field program teams, PQL team at Addis level, Other INGOs, partners and other local agencies and key line-local Government officials.
This role is also responsible for developing and coordinating the implementation of a comprehensive MEAL system to enhance our ability to demonstrate the impact of our long-term development program needs and humanitarian response in the implementation of regions for both refugee and host community response programs.
