Job Description

Job Title: Senior Planning, Monitoring And Evaluation Officer

Essential Functions

  • Conduct activities in regard to preparation of strategic plan of the Bank;
  • Participate in preparation of strategic plan management of the Bank;
  • Performs the annual planning activities of the division and as well as the Bank;
  • Follow up and see the profitability and growth rate of the Bank;
  • Prepares and consolidate periodic monthly, quarterly and annually performance reports;
  • Conducts studies to assess the Bank’s performance and advise department regarding results of studies;
  • Performs planning, monitoring and evaluation report of the Bank in an orderly and timely manner, to the required quality ,in line with plans and corporate Requirements;
  • Reviews proposals for major capital expenditures to ensure conformity with plans and determines economic justification of proposals;
  • Consolidates and prepare annual plan and budget of the Bank;
  • Prepare and consolidates action plan of the bank;
  • Periodically summarizes the Bank performance in comparison with competing banks/peers groups;
  • Gather macro studies on domestic economy and its impact on the financial services in general and banking industry in particular;
  • Gather and maintains statistical data on the banking industry;

Job Requirements

  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Management Information Systems and any other related fields with 5.5/3.5 years of experience in banking operation, of which at least 2 years as relevant officer.
