Job Requirements

Educational Background

• BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Hotel Management or related field

Work Experience

• minimum 4 years Hotel Training and Operational experience

Additional skill & Attribute

• Strong managerial experience and qualities
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong public relations skills
• Fluent speaking and writing skills of foreign language (minimum fluent in the English language
• Problem-solving skills
• Strong coaching/mentoring/training skill
• Pleasing personality and positive attitude, and passion to solve problems
• Willing to constantly travel to properties
