Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance or in a related field of study with relevant work expereince Duties & Responsibilites: - Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and records - Ensure the accuracy of journal entries, general ledger, and account reconciliations - Manage month-end and year-end closing processes - Analyze financial information and summarize financial status - Support budgeting and forecasting activities - Monitor and ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP) - Assist with internal and external audits - Supervise and mentor junior accountants or accounting assistants - Maintain and improve accounting systems and processes

MA or BA Degree in Accounting and Finance or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Implement NRC’s systems and procedures at the Filed office level. - Ensure adherence to NRC policies, handbooks, guidelines, and donor requirements - Prepare and submit reports and analysis  - Ensure proper filing of all support documents in accordance with the Ethiopia local Financial Handbook country SOP

BA Degree in Accounting and Finance or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Adhere to NRC policies, tools, handbooks, and guidelines - Implements independently procedures and activities within own function or core competency as delegated - Develop and maintain knowledge of the specialist area of work in which technical assistance and support is being provided, to be most effective in supporting the team - Use initiative in day-to-day problem-solving in line with agreed procedures, priorities and standards for the area of work

MA or BA Degree in Cost Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Accounting, Financial Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 4/2 years in managerial position respectively.
