We are pleased to announce the following vacancy for Contract Manager within the Enterprise Business Unit Function in Ethiopia. In keeping with our current business needs, we are looking for a person who meets the criteria indicated below.
Detailed Description
Reporting to the EHOD: Commercial, the Contract Manager will be responsible for identifying legal and commercial risks to Safaricom Ethiopia when entering into any relationships with Customer or Partners and to mitigate these risks in formal contracting between Safaricom Ethiopia and the other party.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating, negotiating and concluding of Customer Agreements/Partner Agreements/Wholesaler Agreements
- Responsible for all EBU Fixed Line and Mobile Tender reviews and support
- Establishes appropriate relationships with internal stakeholders in the various business units in order to conclude agreements.
- Ad hoc Legal or Contract Support (POC’s, Trial Agreements, MOU’s)
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Formal Legal qualifications – 3year Legal degree as a minimum
- At least 3-5 years Contract Management experience
- Contract Management Experience preferable in Telecom Industry
