Job Description
Lutheran World Federation (LWF/WS – Ethiopia) is a registered foreign charity which has been operating in Ethiopia since 1973 implementing various development and humanitarian projects in different parts of Ethiopia. LWF is currently looking and invites qualified candidates to apply for the Livelihood Officer positions.
We are looking competent candidates for Desert Locust Response and Resilience project which we are implementing in Chinaksen woreda in Oromia.

Job Summary:
The position is responsible to oversee implementation of livelihoods activities. Facilitate exchange of information compilation data and reports, provision of technical training to beneficiaries and local government staff, in consultation with the project coordinator and other officers review project work plans and activity budget for better response for the need of the Desert Locust Response and Resilience Building Project.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Masters/Bachelor Degree in Plant Science, Horticulture, Rural Development, Natural Resource Management, Agronomy and other related fields with Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience for Masters and 4 years relevant experience for Bachelor Degree.
