Position:- Junior Nurse

Accountability:- For head nurse unit to which he/she assigned

Major Activities:- Performs activities in accordance with the plan and schedule that the profession and responsibility demand; ensures that the tools and materials needed care needed for patients from the start. It identifies from emergency time, takes pre-check up information, monitors medical procedures, and prescribes medications prescribed by a doctor; it explains the necessary intake and nutrition due diligence; he/she submits performance reports, including problems encountered at work.

4Description of activities and responsibilities

•  Prepare for the work by providing the necessary inputs to provide patient nursing care
•  Ensures the availability and operation of the necessary equipment required for the work;
•  Prepares the room and provides the necessary equipment for inpatients and registers the same.
•  Informs the patient’s condition and collects the necessary information and records it for further care.
•  Reports new patients to the relevant physician in a timely manner. He/she ensures that the next works are implemented as per the instruction.
•   Develops, develop, evaluate, implement and report daily Nursing care plans.
• Ensure adequate supply of medicines, equipment and other supplies for the care and treatment of patients in the workplace.
• Records the assets required for the unit in a controlled manner;
•  Encourages, comforts, and advises patients and their families; Provides social and economic problems to those concerned;
• Provides medication to patient’s as prescribed under the direction of a physician;
•  Protects the confidentiality of patients and staff;
• Teaches a midwife;
•  Tries to improves nursing services;
• Participates in patient care planning;
• Works in the various departments of the hospital in accordance with the work schedule of the hospital; he/she will be replaced the physicians not presented or in case of lack of enough workers.
• Make the work environment comfortable for both patients and the professionals; Take corrective actions when problems encountered;
• Nursing service maintains the required technical effort and standards;
• Receives, receives and reports on the work done during each shift.
• They move from place to place, not only in their assignment but also in accordance with instructions from their immediate supervisor.
•  Performs other similar duties as assigned by the supervisor. 

Job Requirements

BSC Degree

6 month and above experience.
