Job Description
Technical specialists work with network analysts to review, diagnose, and treat technical problems related to computer networking operations. Technical specialists are required to work with software and hardware.
Responsibilities
- Identifying hardware and software solutions.
- Troubleshooting technical issues.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults.
- Resolving network issues.
- Installing and configuring hardware and software.
- Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
Job Requirements
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or computer engineering.
- Knowledge of diagramming software including NAS, Microsoft Viso, and Centos .
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- good knowledge of computer hardware and software
- technical ability and analytical skills
- good communication skills and tact to work with non-technical users.
- familiarity with operating systems, backup and database software, and use of equipment like mainframe computers, computer tool kits, and network analyzers
- Networking design skills
- Time Management skills
