Purpose of the job
Out bound warehouse Assistant is responsible for receiving, issuing and proper keeping finished goods, and CO2 cylinders. He/She is also responsible for ensuring stock accuracy, proper stacking and housekeeping of the WH.
Purpose of the job
The job is designed to undertake all efforts aimed in overseeing Heineken Breweries SC relationship with very important customers. They will generate an annual business plan to be agreed with the Key Account Manager and signed off by Regional Business Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities
- Assist the Key Account Manager to determine the most important accounts in his/her area.
- Have clear understanding what Key Account customers’ needs and requirements are.
- Build strong working relationship with customers to satisfy their needs.
- Propose new ideas that helps to excite consumers and increase customer satisfaction.
- Identify gaps in Key Account outlets and propose strategy to permanently overcome those identified gaps.
- Identify competitors ‘activity in his/her business area and propose ideas to counter attack competitors activity.
- Maintain close working relationship with distributers and facilitate credit agreement for important customers.
- Ensure all HBSC products are delivered to customers on timely basis per their need.
- Make sure all HBSC products are well represented in his/her area and conduct continuous check up on the quality of the products.
- Resolve any issues or complaints faced by customers.
- Prepare regular and timely report to the Key Account Manager on the status of the business.
- Proper maintenance and safety of all company property assigned to him/her.
- Participation in Sales meetings as the need arises.
- Strictly follow the weekly visit planning defined by the Key Account Manager and visit every day all outlets included in the planning and fill out the outlet call card with maximum accuracy
- Perform other activities as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements
Education
- Excellent ability in negotiation.
- Strong communication skill and ability in problem solving.
- Degree (BSc or BA Degree) in any relevant field
Experience
- Two years relevant work experience
- Proven experience in Key Accounts handling
- Experience in FMCG will be an added advantage
