Job Summary
The job holder is responsible for driving end-to-end solutions throughout AB. Works on vision and strategic direction for business solutions. Functions with the key stakeholders to gather customer requirements, translate them into clear requirements documents, write compelling business proposals, and then implement those approved and prioritized by the IT Steering Committee to deliver cost-effective solutions. Identify business needs and solutions within the context of the overall technology direction of a company.
Qualification & Experience
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field of study for project/program management preferred, Certified with PMP or PMI-Agile or Scrum plus a minimum of twelve (12) years of relevant experience, of which three (3) years should be in a managerial position.
Term of Employment: Permanent
Skills Requirement: Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory
Salary & Benefits: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale & Benefits Package
