Abeba Giday Business Group (Abeba Giday Trading House, Abeba Transport, Addis Spare Parts, and Bazen Agricultural and Industrial PLC…) are looking for the following vacancy. 

Main purpose of the job

To manage the company’s stores to ensure that all parts and other stock are available as required

Main responsibilities 

• Maintain adequate supplies of parts and materials to meet production requirements
• Issue parts, materials, and equipment from stores as required
• Receive replacement stocks of parts, materials, and equipment, ensuring that these are correct in terms of number and specification
• Maintain up-to-date records of all stock movements to ensure that optimum stock levels are maintained
• Carry out regular stock checks to ensure that adequate supplies are maintained
• Reorder stock as required to ensure that the optimum levels of required parts, materials, and equipment are maintained
• Maintain a tidy, safe, and efficient stores environment
• Maintain contact with relevant departments to ensure that stock items and stock levels are appropriate to their requirements

Job Requirements

Knowledge, skills, and experience required

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistic & Supply Chain Management, Automotive Engineering, Business Management and certified in retail warehouse management and related fields
• Good computer skills are a privilege
• Excellent customer management skills
• Good leading skills and business orientation
• Strong organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
