Summary of job profile
The candidate is expected be familiar with audits, budget preparations and variance analysis. Our ideal candidate demonstrates expertise in managing accounting activities, including bank reconciliations. You should also have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle time-sensitive tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Verify the accuracy of records and documentation for all daily transactions
- Update internal systems with financial data
- Pass necessary journal entries
- Reconcile bank statements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports on time
- Handle financial audits
- Implement financial policies of the company
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned by his immediate supervisor

Job Requirements
- BA degree in Accounting or Finance from recognized University or College
- A proven 3 to 5 years of work experience as an Accountant after graduation in a private or NGO environment
- MS Excel skills
- Experience using financial software like oracle
- Analytical and numerical skills
