Job Description
- Provide customers with all the relevant information in a friendly and respectful manner.
- Prepare a daily sales report and submit it to the finance department for validation
- Issuing invoices using the cash register machine
- Checking of debit orders Captured against Source Documentation
- Ensuring that the daily cash collected is deposited to the bank
- Other related tasks
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or other related fields
- Ability and willingness to work in a flexible manner - out of hours as required
- Good communicative English
Additional skills:
- Computer Literacy including use of ICT packages Word and Excel
- Demonstrate the highest level of ethics and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times with all situations and documentation
- Strong interpersonal skills with an approachable personality
- Detail-oriented to ensure accuracy and quality across all tasks
- Knowledge of database systems and processes
- Ability to work under pressure to agreed deadlines and adapt to change
