Objectives of the HR
We are looking for a skilled Junior HR who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Participate in HR related projects including in the area of performance management and provide appropriate HR support to the team
- Provide coordination support throughout the transformation exercise including in collecting and centralizing documentation and in preparing official correspondence
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Create and implement effective on boarding plans
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduate/One year of experience in Human Resources management/Management
- Proven ability to work in autonomy with limited supervision, and to take responsibility for own work area
- Ability to take relevant initiative when/if required
- Ability to work under pressure and to adapt to changing priorities
- Dynamic personality with the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
- Disciplined, organized, and meticulous approach to work
