Roles and Responsibilities

• Reports to Project Manager
• Preparation of Periodical Progress Reports, Ad-hoc Reports based on approved templates.
• Control utilization of selected PMIS end to end, control internal and vendor to input all necessary information to PMIS (Project management information system).
• Plan and create data collection process and procedures, plan, forecast, actual progress updates to PMIS.
• Support projects reporting templates creating and template updates.
• Creates gap analysis monitoring methods and monitor and control of utilization by each project member.
• Always thinks of automation of routine works in data collection, data input and data updating.
• Creates methods and processes to close monitoring of each milestone SLA, key milestone SLA, entire project SLA.
• Responsible to provide recommendations to improve the progress based on analysis made.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, information technologies, data analytics or similar
• Advanced Degrees is an advantage
• PMP Certification is an advantage
• 3+ years of practical experience in Data Analytics and Progress Control work
• Min 1 years of experience on similar national level position in a project with FTK Vendor Environment
• Proven work experience with operators, vendors, and subcontractors

Knowledge and Skills

• Excellent MS Office skills especially on Excel, Excel Macro, Word, and Power Point
• Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
• Analytical skills with problem solving ability
• Proficient decision-making and time management skills
• Open, innovative, and structured mind set
• Fluent in English 
• Readiness for travelling and extended working hours
