Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Law or in a related field of study Duties & Responsiblites: - Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence. - Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues related to corporate, labor, commercial, or regulatory law. - Help ensure the organization complies with applicable laws, policies, and regulations. - Support in handling legal disputes, claims, and litigation cases. - Maintain and organize legal files, records, and documentation. - Monitor changes in relevant laws and advise management on potential impacts. - Liaise with internal departments and external legal counsel as directed. - Assist in preparing reports, legal opinions, and case summaries.
